The Company: UK based charity
The role: Insight Manager
1) Create and implement a user-led Insight and Impact strategy for the charity that uses customer experiences to inform:
-ongoing service improvement
-supports their influence, profile and income generation
2) Monitor trends in the poverty landscape that will affect charity stakeholders and inform their strategic direction.
3) Lead Insight and Impact measurement and reporting, working closely with colleagues across departments and line managing an Analyst role.
You will have a minimum of 3 years experience from either agency or clientside, ideally with some experience of working with charities.
