We’re working with a brand strategy and innovation consultancy who are looking for a new member of their London teamย ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘งโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆย  to join as a Senior Consultant or Associate Director.


Theyโ€™re a dynamic, boutique consultancy who work on brand strategy and innovation projects across FMCG ๐Ÿฅ‘, tech ๐Ÿ’ป, media ๐ŸŽง, consumer health ๐Ÿ’Š, alcohol ๐Ÿท, and with retail ๐Ÿ›๏ธ accounting for an emerging part of what they do.


They work with both big blue-chip giants like Unilever ๐Ÿซ, Samsung ๐Ÿ“ฑ, Tesco ๐Ÿ›’, Pepsico ๐Ÿฅค, as well as a series of boutique start-up businesses ๐Ÿ -> ๐Ÿข-> ๐Ÿ™๏ธ.


The role will sit is for their team in Londonย ๐Ÿ’‚ but they recently opened an office in New York ๐Ÿ—ฝ๐Ÿš• as well.


They have a flat hierarchy ๐Ÿ‘ฌ ๐Ÿ‘ซ ๐Ÿ‘ญ, with people at all levels bringing their out-of-the-box thinking ๐Ÿ“ฆ -> ๐Ÿค” to the table. They work on some of the most interesting briefs: creating brands from scratch ๐ŸŽจ, innovation pipelines ๐Ÿšฐ, brand stretch ๐Ÿคผ, portfolio optimisation ๐Ÿ•ฎ, identifying trends๐Ÿ™Ž-> ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐ŸŽค and their implications ๐Ÿ’„.


The ideal candidate will have experience working in brand strategy and a grounding in insight. They want someone who can hit the ground running ๐Ÿƒ, who can bring fresh ideas ๐Ÿ’ก and deal with clients from day one ๐Ÿค.
