You will be there from early-stage opportunity identification and brand positioning, through to proposition development, portfolio planning and innovation, and on to embedding and training. You will be expected to generate new business, and to strengthen relationships with existing clients. They’re also offering great bonuses on top of their generous salary, including private health insurance, 30 days holiday and pension contributions of 4%.
The role includes:
- Commercial Responsibility and Leadership
- Thought Leadership
- Management of junior colleagues
- Business Generation
The ideal new consultant has 5+ years of experience in both research and strategy. You will be able to lead large scale quant projects, but this role requires you to work on mixed-method projects and qual experience is also required. A successful candidate must have experience working in strategy, innovation, branding and insight projects, and can provide leadership across the board. You will have excellent communication skills and will be comfortable working on a variety of projects in many different sectors.
