I’m working with an award-winning and expanding insight, brand strategy and service innovation agency, who need a qual researcher to join their team.

THE COMPANY

They work with some of the industry’s most interesting briefs, providing a range of services to some of the world’s biggest clients. They’ve a boutique feel but with the support of a global consulting group. Named Best Agency in 2017.

At around 80 people now this fast growing business focuses on building businesses for the digital age by delivering strategy, insight and service design projects for their illustrious list of clients. They work on issues like brand purpose, brand strategy, customer segmentation and creative development for these major brands.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This role is leading work with the agency’s most varied and important client (a global online retail giant) that allows for constantly changing projects within the online communities team. This makes it a fantastic opportunity to work closely with a global brand and really make a name for yourself. You’ll be given the chance to line manage another staff member and take point on client communication.

This position is based in the heart of what is widely considered as the future of qualitative market research, in the growing offering of online communities and panels. Don’t think this will make the work monotonous though! The nature of the relation built up with this top tier client means that they will be constantly engaging with you for new ideas for projects that’ll keep things fresh moving forwards.

This is not a sales role, although client communication is key and any commercial mindedness is welcome, this team does not struggle to bring in work due to the established relationship with the client.

YOU WILL NEED…

  • Over 3 years working with qualitative market research and/or online communities
  • Demonstrable ability to turn around projects and produce insights reports quickly
  • Confident client facing manner, this is not a back office role
  • Line management experience is not necessary so long as you are ready for that step up
  • Strong communication skills#
  • Any language skills in Spanish, Italian or French would be an advantage
