Senior Research Director

Our client is looking for an experienced researcher to join their team as a Senior Research Director. They are looking for someone with a specialism in quantitative based research. The role will mostly focus on public / quasi-public sectors, and they work with government departments and higher education institutes often. They’re looking for someone with a background in CX, behaviour change or public sector research. The Role – Senior Research Director

You will be a key member of the team, accountable for building and directing client relationships and driving the company forward. You’ll get to work with both B2C and B2B clients. You will lead research teams to work on strategically important, high value accounts. You will also be responsible for business development, bringing in new clients and nurturing existing accounts. Typically, you will be working on CX, Employee Experience, Campaign Evaluation and Behaviour Change.

You will be leading a team of 10 researchers of mixed levels, including Associate Directors. You will be responsible for winning large projects and leading the proposal process.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate is a degree qualified and has at least 8 years of experience in a market research agency. The role is detail-oriented and as such, you must wield strong analytical and numerical skills. You will have strong time management and know how to prioritise and manage your own time and that of your team.
