The Role

As an Applied Behavioural Insights project manager you will deliver high quality behavioural insights projects and work with the wider  team to develop insight driven, people shaped solutions.

You will develop solutions using behavioural theory, evidence and best practice. You will use your interpersonal and influencing skills to get results as part of a high performing team that works in a fast paced environment on a variety of project types.

You will lead teams to deliver high quality, robust behavioural insights that will underpin solutions, strategies and interventions,  develop methodologies and strategies for applying behavioural insights into people shaped solutions

You will be able to do this in our current markets and be able to identify new and emerging markets.

Delivery of primary research activities, including facilitation of primary research gathering activities such as semi structured interviews, insight groups and co-design sessions.

Design and implementation of quantitative, research (e.g. surveys) and some data analysis – qualitative and quantitative

You will Lead on and support tenders and pitches to assist business growth.

Actively developing and defining our applied behavioural insights offer, you will work with the head of applied behavioural insights to develop our applied behavioural insights offer for the market. This will include how the agency uses behavioural insights to change the behaviour and decision making of individuals, communities and organisations

The Candidate

You have experience of designing and managing insight research or behavioural change projects with clients, on time and on budget.
