Rudy graduated with a Business Management degree from King’s College London with an eye on someday running a business. His first experience in sales came as a Sales & Marketing Executive for a privately-owned, town-house hotel in East Sussex, but missing the buzz of London, Rudy joined Nicholson Glover in 2011. He hasn’t looked back, having worked his way up the ranks to Director in 2017.
Rudy is interested in socially impactful tech, as well as diversity and inclusion. In his free time, he can be found watching Grand Designs, listening to podcasts (recommendations welcome!), and gorging on peanut butter. He’s in denial about his dwindling ability with a football and can be found trying anything to keep ‘fit’: running, HIIT, swimming, hiking, and Pilates being the latest.

“Rudy managed to achieve what I had started to think might be impossible. During the first coronavirus lockdown and the most competitive job market I have ever experienced, he carefully listened to what I wanted, found a range of suitable roles, succeeded in getting me in front of the right people and secured an offer for a position I was genuinely excited about.” – Candidate, placed as Insight Operations Manager at Samsung
