Erika graduated from Cardiff University in 2022 with a master’s degree in Business and Human Resource Management. Combining her competitive nature stemming from being an ex-competitive swimmer, and the skills she learnt from a year working as an internal recruiter, she knew a recruitment agency was the best place to start her career and an opportunity to work within the team at Nicholson Glover was something she couldn’t pass up.

When she’s not in the gym, Erika enjoys meeting friends, eating good food and drinking way too much wine.
