After working at two city-based recruitment firms, Francis founded Nicholson Glover in 2002 with the desire to build a team of expert recruiters in a fascinating and evolving niche market. Francis believes that recruitment is not rocket science, but the recipe for success is hard work – a foundation Nicholson Glover is built upon. To this day, he is very much hands-on in the business, building relationships and delivering for both clients and candidates, whilst helping shape the next generation of recruiters.
Francis likes sunrises and being in the elements, whether it be kitesurfing, cycling, or skiing, he’ll try and be there. Anything to fight middle age try to be a “Rad Dad”. Loves a (long) chat, attrition humour and good food!
