Rohan studied Accounting, Business & Finance at the University of York and was all set to follow in his dad’s footsteps as an accountant. That was until 2017 when his brother (Rudy) asked him if he wanted to do some work experience at Nicholson Glover. Then and there, Rohan’s recruitment career was born. Over two summers, Rohan interned with Nicholson Glover, finally making it a permanent arrangement in 2019 upon graduating.

Rohan is a sports fanatic, especially when it comes to football and cricket. He likes keeping fit but can’t resist a free pint, which is somewhat counterintuitive. He is most happy in hot weather and/or after 10am, listening to House music, doing pub quizzes, watching The Inbetweeners, drinking flavoured water, or participating in light-hearted peer pressure.
