We are working with a global tech-driven research agency, that has an exciting new opening for a Regional Commercial Director to join their UK team.

  • The Opportunity

    This is a great opportunity to lead the European Commercial team, own senior relationships and overall client account growth strategy, influence the agency’s commercial strategy, drive collaboration, as well as coach, mentor and grow the team to lead client accounts.

  • The Candidate

    The ideal Regional Commercial Director will have:

    • 12 years of client management experience, growing key accounts across Europe, most likely in FMCG and consumer brand spaces.
    • Experience hiring, leading and managing a team to exceed revenue targets.
    • A strong understanding of the world of consumer insight, market research and marketing strategy, having sold to market research and insight professionals.
    • Ability to provide strong business leadership, actively driving change that has a positive impact on commercial strategy.

      • The Candidate

        The ideal Senior Account Director will have:

        • 7 years of client management experience, growing key accounts across Europe, most likely in FMCG.
        • A track record of converting clients to new ways of thinking, to help them break away from their status quo.
        • A strong understanding of the world of consumer insight, market research and marketing strategy, having sold to market research and insight professionals.
        • Ability to identify how to identify unmet needs, trial drivers and barriers, innovation territories and how to build compelling concepts, recognising how to make them more consumer-centric.
        • The personality to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, ambiguous environment that comes with a high-growth company.
