We are working with a global consumer electronics powerhouse that has a brand-new opening for an Insight Analyst.
  • The Company

    Our client is the market leader in consumer electronics in the country, putting innovative technology into the homes of Britain. They are a major household brand that offers high-tech solutions for consumers.

  • The Role

    This role sits within the Insight & Reporting team and reports straight into the Strategy Analytics Manager. You will be responsible for extracting, manipulating, and merging multiple data sets into one model, allowing the identification of opportunities within the retail environment. Translating these opportunities, into actionable recommendations/insights for numerous partners across the business. Achieving individual, team, or company sales targets in both the short-term and long-term as a result.

  • The Candidate

    Key attributes of the suitable Insight Analyst include:

    • Experience of working in an insight/analytics focused role
    • Proficiency with the use of data visualisation tools i.e., PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau (desirable)
    • Experience in working and liaising with senior stakeholders on a day-to-day basis

You will build a comprehensive view of the Categories and drive the use of insights into the respective parts of their business. While being encouraged to take a proactive lead to guide the business in understanding and reacting to key category developments.

         

      • The Candidate

        Key attributes of the Category Insights Manager include:

        • Strong data synthesis and interpretation skills – taking data from various sources and building into clear and compelling stories
        • Able to develop and present engaging presentations to senior executives
        • A genuine passion and curiosity for understanding what makes consumers and customers “tick” and inspiring others to do the same
