Key attributes of the suitable Customer Insights Analyst include:
- Experience: 1+ years in Customer Insights within Marketing and CRM.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with tool likes Excel, PowerBI with SQL a bonus
- Communication Skills: Ability to turn complex analysis into actionable insights.
