A global and independent agency is looking to hire an Associate Director or Director to join its London-based qualitative team. This is an opportunity to work on high-impact strategic research for some of the world’s best-known consumer brands. The team is known for delivering thoughtful, bespoke insight that shapes brand, product and customer strategy. You will lead projects end-to-end, work closely with senior clients and help manage and mentor junior researchers.

    💸 Upto £80,000 (DOE)
    📍Hybrid, Central London offices

  • What you’ll be doing:

    • Leading bespoke qualitative research projects from design through to debrief
    • Managing relationships with major consumer brands
    • Applying a mix of digital and face-to-face qualitative methodologies
    • Delivering high-quality analysis and compelling strategic debriefs
    • Running multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring smooth delivery
    • Supporting and line managing junior team members
  • What they’re looking for:

    • Strong qualitative research experience within an agency environment
    • Excellent client management and communication skills
    • Experience working across consumer sectors such as FMCG, retail, tech or sport
    • Strong storytelling and analysis skills with the ability to deliver impactful debriefs
    • Highly organised with strong project management capability
    • A collaborative mindset and ambition to continue progressing your career
