This is a senior individual contributor position within an expanding Primary Research practice, offering real scope to shape how the team operates.

You’ll take end-to-end ownership of primary research projects — spanning both multiclient programmes focused on areas such as AI in Medical Imaging, Imaging IT, and Device Interoperability, as well as bespoke custom client engagements.

This means:

✅ Designing high-quality research instruments — surveys, interview guides, discussion frameworks

✅ Leading in-depth interviews and moderating focus groups with healthcare technology buyers, C-suite executives, and decision-makers across global markets

✅ Synthesising quantitative and qualitative findings into clear, evidence-based insight

✅ Delivering compelling presentations to senior client stakeholders

✅ Contributing to research methodology and mentoring junior analysts

✅ Building and maintaining a trusted network of research partners and respondent panels globally

🎓 Degree in a relevant field (Informatics, Business, Statistics, Economics, Health/Medical, Social Sciences or equivalent)

📋 2–5 years’ experience in a primary research or insight role — agency or in-house

🔍 Strong expertise across both qualitative and quantitative methods

💡 Genuine curiosity about healthcare technology markets

🗣️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

📊 Strong analytical skills and a drive to understand the ‘why’ behind the data

Experience in healthcare technology is strongly preferred. Candidates from adjacent markets — IT, medical devices, life sciences, cloud — who can demonstrate transferable skills and genuine interest in healthcare will also be considered

💰 £36,000–£50,000 (dependent on experience)
