Administrator (Part-Time) | Strategy Studio.

  • £35,000
Not all great roles are full-time. This one isn't — and that's entirely by design.
  • The Opportunity

    📍 Central London | Part-time (~30 hrs/week) | £30,000–£35,000

Our client is a growing strategy and insight consultancy. They’re looking for a sharp, reliable administrator to support the business part-time, with flexible hours that work around other commitments (studying, caregiving, or anything else that matters to you).

  • Why join?

You’ll be working in a smart, ambitious environment where your work genuinely matters. Directors are stretched — you’re the person who keeps things moving behind the scenes so they can focus on what they do best.

  • The day-to-day

✈️ Travel booking and expenses management
    📅 Diary and meeting coordination
    📁 Document management and filing
    🎉 Events and team socials
🧾 Supplier admin and onboarding logistics
🌍 Supporting projects across international territories

  • Who we're looking for

You’re organised, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities without dropping anything. You’ve done admin or coordination work before and you’re good at it. If you’ve worked in a research, consultancy, or agency environment — and especially if you’ve helped coordinate qualitative fieldwork — you’ll hit the ground running.

Flexible hours, roughly 30 hours per week. Ideal for someone studying or with other daytime commitments.

      Operations Coordinator | Strategy Studio.

      • £60,000
If you're the kind of person who notices when something's not working and fixes it before anyone asks, this role was built for you.
      • The Opportunity

        📍 Central London | Full-time | Up to £60,000

Our client is a commercial strategy and insight consultancy at an exciting inflection point. Following a significant merger, they’re building out their operational backbone — and they need someone who can bring clarity, structure, and momentum to the day-to-day running of the business.

      • Why join?

This is a genuine career opportunity. You’ll be stepping into a business that’s growing, with real visibility and a clear path toward a senior ops role. You’ll work closely with leadership, across the full breadth of the business, and you’ll have the space to shape how things are done.

      • The day-to-day

        • Resourcing and capacity planning across project teams
        • Freelancer management — sourcing, coordinating, day-to-day support
        • BAU project coordination and process improvement
        • Budget tracking and flagging overspend or missed payments
        • Vendor and supplier management
        • Onboarding support for new team members

      • The Candidate

You’ve got agency experience and a solid operational grounding. You’re comfortable holding lots of moving pieces at once, you communicate clearly, and you know how to prioritise when everything feels urgent. You’re ambitious — this isn’t a role you want to stay in forever, and that’s exactly the point.

Experience coordinating qualitative research projects (setting up interviews, managing fieldwork logistics) would be a real bonus.

        Creative Designer | Strategy Consulting.

        • £50,000
Are your decks the reason the pitch gets won? Most designers support the work. This one shapes how it's seen. Our client is a leading insight and strategy consultancy, and they're looking for a Creative Designer who can translate complex strategic thinking into visuals that genuinely move people — in the room, on the slide, and in the pitch.
        • Why Join?

          • Own the creative standard for a respected, growing consultancy
          • Work closely with senior strategists on high-stakes client work
          • Genuine influence on how the business presents itself — internally and externally

        • About the Client

Our client is an insight and strategy consultancy working with some of the world’s leading brands across FMCG, retail, financial services, and technology. They’re entering a new phase of growth — and they need their creative output to match the quality of their thinking.

        • The Day-to-Day

          • Designing and elevating pitch decks, proposals, and credentials materials
          • Turning complex data and strategy into clear, compelling visual narratives
          • Supporting the BD team with campaign assets and presentation templates
          • Contributing creative perspective to client projects and strategic deliverables
          • Using AI tools to work smarter and move faster without losing quality

        • The Ideal Candidate

You’ve worked in an agency or consultancy. You know your way around PowerPoint, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite. You take pride in making things look right — but you also understand why things need to land.

You’re self-sufficient. You don’t need a creative director looking over your shoulder. And you get a quiet satisfaction from knowing your deck was the one that won the room.

Senior Research Exec | Mixed Methods.

          • £40,000
Are you an SRE — or nearly there — who's ready for a role where you can actually make your mark? Not just execute. Think. Contribute. Be heard. This is a genuine opportunity to join a well-respected insights agency at an exciting moment. New leadership. A fresh sense of direction. And a team that needs someone with energy, ambition, and real research instincts.
          • 🏢 About the Client

Our client is an established insights and research agency working with major brands across tech, finance, and consumer goods. They’re known for primary research that goes beyond the data — storytelling, narrative, and outputs that actually land with clients.

Following a period of change, they’re in a positive reset. A new CEO has joined with a clear focus on culture and momentum. The team is lean, collaborative, and ready to grow.

          • 📋 The Day-to-Day

You’ll be embedded across a mix of accounts — contributing to research design, analysis, and final storytelling. From day one, you’ll get real exposure:

            • Supporting qual and quant projects across major client accounts
            • Contributing to analysis and shaping the narrative in outputs
            • Acting as a first point of contact with clients earlier than you might elsewhere
            • Working closely with senior team members in a relatively flat structure
            • Broadening your methodology toolkit as you go

          • ✅ The Ideal Candidate

You’re probably an RE ready to step up — or you’ve recently been promoted to SRE and want a role that challenges you properly.

You’re the kind of person who:

            • Has a mixed-methods background (or is actively building one)
            • Loves turning insight into a clear, compelling story
            • Speaks up in rooms — confidently, not loudly
            • Wants to be close to clients early, not hidden behind senior layers
            • Is ambitious about growing into more senior responsibility over time

If you’ve been told you’re “sparky”, take that as your signal to apply.

          • 💡 Why Join?

            • A genuine step-up role with a path toward Research Manager
            • Work on high-profile accounts across tech, consumer, and finance
            • Hybrid working from a great location in central London
            • A supportive team at a moment of real positive change
            • Early client exposure and room to develop your own methodological range
