Strategy Capability Lead | Growth Consulting.

  • £100,000
How much of the strategy work you deliver actually gets used?
  • Why Join?

Be honest. Most of your work probably sat in a folder after the final debrief. That’s not a knock on the work, it’s just how consulting usually goes: you deliver, you leave, and the client’s left to figure out the “now what.”

This role exists to fix that gap.

  • The Client

Our client is a fast-growing strategy and insight consultancy, working with some of the world’s biggest brands. They’re deliberately building something rare in this industry: a function whose whole job is making sure the strategic thinking actually lands, not just gets delivered.

  • The Day-to-Day

You’ll own a brand new function, sitting underneath everything else the business does.

    That means:

    • Diagnosing where a client’s organisation is stuck, and deciding what to embed first
    • Turning strategy and frameworks into tools, dashboards, workshops and coaching people genuinely use
    • Building content (films, training, workshops) that makes the work stick, not just documents it
    • Working the whole client org, from the leadership team down to the people using the tools daily
    • Shaping what “capability” even means for a consultancy in an AI-driven world

  • The Ideal Candidate

You’ve probably worked both sides of this: consultancy or innovation agency, and client-side too. You’ve felt the frustration of handing over great strategic work and watching it stall. You’ve got real opinions on why that happens, and what actually gets people to change how they work.

You might come from a client-side capability or insight team, or from an innovation consultancy. What matters more than the CV line is this: have you actually driven transformation, or just delivered training? If it’s the latter, this probably isn’t your role.

      Office Manager | Part-Time.

      • £38,000
Looking for a part-time role that's actually worth turning up for? If you've ever taken a "part-time" job that expected full-time hours, or a role that made you feel like an afterthought because you weren't in five days a week, this one's for you!
      • Why Join?

This is a proper 3-day-a-week role at a business that’s genuinely growing. You’ll be trusted from day one, given real ownership over how the office runs, and worked with by people who don’t do the “just because you’re part-time” thing.

      • About The Client

Our client is a fast-growing, PE-backed strategy studio in Southwark, London. Around 35 people, working with some genuinely big global brands, and in the middle of a proper growth chapter. The culture is collaborative and refreshingly unstuffy: smart people who take the work seriously but don’t take themselves too seriously.

      • The Day-to-Day

        • Keeping the office running smoothly: facilities, supplies, health & safety, the vendors who make it all tick
        • Helping new starters land well: onboarding logistics, compliance basics
        • Supporting the leadership team: calendars, meeting coordination, hospitality for client visits and pitches
        • A bit of travel support, for now

      • The Ideal Candidate

No box-ticking on years of experience here. What matters more:

✅ You’re organised without being rigid
✅ You take pride in enabling other people to do their best work
✅ You want somewhere to actually stay, not a stopgap while you wait for the next thing

Quant Research Executive | Strategic Insight Agency.

        • £36,000
Most research roles at this level ask you to stay in your lane. This one asks you to grow out of it.
        • 🏢 About the Client

Our client is a small, high-performance insight and strategy agency in London. The kind of place where quant doesn’t sit in a silo. They’re a method-agnostic agency: strategists, researchers, data scientists, ethnographers, and designers all under one roof.

Roughly 80% of what they do is strategic. The other 20% still feeds something bigger. Brand architecture, strategic positioning, concept development. The work is genuinely interesting. The clients are household names. And the team is tight, smart, and moving fast.

        • 📋 The Day-to-Day

You’ll support the Head of Quant and senior team across a portfolio of about three projects at a time.

All ad hoc, all different. That means:

          • Running and checking data in Q/SPSS
          • Managing supplier relationships and fieldwork quotas
          • Supporting analysis, charting, and topline reporting
          • Helping coordinate timelines, stakeholders, and client comms
          • Contributing to brainstorms and attending client meetings

No two projects are the same. There are no templates.

        • ✅ The Ideal Candidate

You’ve got around 2–3 years of quant consumer research experience, ideally from a rigorous agency background. You know your way around fieldwork, data checking, and DP specs. You’re not waiting to be told what to do, but you’re also honest about where you still have room to grow.

You’re comfortable in a fast-paced environment where the expectation is high and the support is real. You want variety over repetition, and you’d rather work on something strategic than process the same tracker every quarter.

You’re not the right fit if you’re looking for a highly structured environment, or if your quant experience is mostly light-touch or not in a commercial sector.

        • 💰 The Package

          • £32,000–£36,000 base
          • Profit-share scheme
          • 25 days holiday
          • Hybrid working
          • Health insurance
          • Enhanced parental leave
          • Wellbeing support

          Administrator (Part-Time) | Strategy Studio.

          • £35,000
Not all great roles are full-time. This one isn't — and that's entirely by design.
          • The Opportunity

            📍 Central London | Part-time (~30 hrs/week) | £30,000–£35,000

Our client is a growing strategy and insight consultancy. They’re looking for a sharp, reliable administrator to support the business part-time, with flexible hours that work around other commitments (studying, caregiving, or anything else that matters to you).

          • Why join?

You’ll be working in a smart, ambitious environment where your work genuinely matters. Directors are stretched — you’re the person who keeps things moving behind the scenes so they can focus on what they do best.

          • The day-to-day

✈️ Travel booking and expenses management
            📅 Diary and meeting coordination
            📁 Document management and filing
            🎉 Events and team socials
🧾 Supplier admin and onboarding logistics
🌍 Supporting projects across international territories

          • Who we're looking for

You’re organised, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities without dropping anything. You’ve done admin or coordination work before and you’re good at it. If you’ve worked in a research, consultancy, or agency environment — and especially if you’ve helped coordinate qualitative fieldwork — you’ll hit the ground running.

Flexible hours, roughly 30 hours per week. Ideal for someone studying or with other daytime commitments.
