A giant in the TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecoms) space are looking for a Digital / CRO Analyst to join their established digital function.
  • The Company

    A leading British Telecoms company established for almost two decades with 15,000+ employees, they provide media, telephone, TV, and internet communication services.

  • The Role

    This position is focused on supporting the organisations conversion rate optimisation strategy through tracking, analysing, and improving customer web journeys. AB & MVT testing are key elements to the role, as well as experimentation and building dashboards to present your findings.

    You will get high exposure to stakeholders across the business, as well as clear progression opportunities and completely hybrid working options.

  • Responsibilities

    1. Analysing and improving web journeys to improve CX through AB testing
    2. Providing insights and recommendations to the Product team
    3. Building dashboards to identify product opportunities
  • The Candidate

    Key attributes of the suitable CRO Analysts include…

    • Commercial experience in a web analytics role with AB testing
    • Solid understanding of SQL
    • Experience creating dashboards and presenting findings
