🚀 The Opportunity
As an Innovation Director, you’ll get to identify opportunities and structure approaches to drive innovation for clients. You’ll develop concepts, test them, and moderate co-creation workshops, both internally and externally. You’ll get to champion idea development, with a focus on creating new product ideas.

🧠 The Candidate
- 10+ years’ consulting experience in innovation, with a focus on consumer goods.
- Ability to run co-creation workshops and lead senior stakeholders to outcomes.
- Strong ability to develop ideas, particularly in new product development.
- An understanding of framing need states, attitudes, and insights.
