We are a specialist recruitment consultancy helping insight, data and strategy teams find the talent they need to succeed. We are subject matter experts, offering a genuinely consultative service and emphasize building long term relationships. We work with established brands like Sky, Samsung, MTV, Tesco, Disney, The Guardian and Ralph Lauren but also smaller fast growing companies like data product tech startups, data and strategy consultancies. We’re a young team with a family feel, driven by growth. We work collaboratively and celebrate our successes as a team. We're looking to accelerate our growth and in exchange we'll help you grow and develop core skills for an entrepreneurial career in recruitment. This is not just a job, it is a career path.
  • The Role.

The aim of this role is to drive growth for our Data and Analytics recruitment business.

With the help of our specialist consultants and marketing team:

You will develop and execute a prospecting strategy to our target markets.
You will develop your market knowledge and identify new business opportunities in the UK and globally.
You will deliver multi-channel outreach activity, including social media (linkedin), email campaigns, telephone/video calls, developing leads for our experienced consultants.
You will help deliver engaging content on social media.
You will manage our internal CRM processes (Bullhorn, Linkedin and other specialist tech).

  • About You:

You’re likely to be a recent graduate, or looking for a placement year whilst still at Uni. You could be more experienced looking for a part-time opportunity. We’re flexible on how the role is worked, but you will need to:

Be self-motivated. We don’t rely on KPIs but that means you need to be your own motivator.
Be an effective communicator. You need to convey key messages through strong conversational and effective writing skills.
Be a strong relationship builder. People need to buy into you and believe that you can provide them with a service they need.
Be commercially minded. You’ll be able to spot exciting business opportunities where you can add value.
Be creative! Find new ways to engage our target audiences.
Be super organised. You’d be surprised the difference this can make.
Strive for improvement. We constantly try to refine and question the way we work so that we can grow both individually and as a team.
Not take yourself too seriously. Glass half-full is a given. You’ll need to live in the present, look forward to the opportunity that each day brings and not get hung up on past mistakes (they are part of the learning curve!).
