A high-impact research and analytics consultancy is entering its next phase of international growth and is looking to appoint an exceptional Research Director to join its senior leadership team. This is a senior, visible role for someone who combines rigorous analytical thinking with commercial instinct and the confidence to advise Boards, senior stakeholders and decision-makers in complex, high-stakes environments.
  • The Role

    • Play a central role in growing the business commercially, supporting international expansion across the UK, US, Europe and APAC
    • Lead and shape best-in-class opinion research, forecasting and analytical programmes across politics, public and private sectors
    • Act as a trusted adviser to senior clients, translating complex analysis into clear strategic direction
    • Build the organisation’s public profile through thought leadership, commentary and contribution to the wider public conversation
    • Work closely with a highly talented, international team across research, data science and strategy
  • About you

    • Experience in senior research or advisory roles, ideally spanning politics, public, corporate research or data-led consultancy
