  • The Day-to-Day 💻

    💬 Moderating qualitative discussions within established online communities

    🛠️ Setting up and managing online research platforms for a flagship tech account

    📊 Working with senior team members on analysis and reporting

    🔄 Supporting ad-hoc qualitative projects across other clients (around 40% of your time)

    🤝 Collaborating closely with a friendly, highly engaged research team

  • The Ideal Candidate 🙌

    • Around 1-2 years’ experience in qualitative research (agency or consultancy)

    • Confident moderating and conducting basic qualitative analysis

    • Happy working remotely, with good self-discipline

          You’ll have 3–5 years’ experience in analytics or research within a consulting-style environment. You enjoy problem-solving from first principles, not delivering off-the-shelf solutions. You’re confident with R, comfortable with data, and genuinely curious about analytics, data science and AI. Most importantly, you like explaining the “so what” and working closely with others to make insights land.
