Customer Analytics Manager | Luxury Retail.

  • Competitive
We are working on a great opportunity with a leading global luxury brand, who are hiring for a Customer Analytics Manager to join their growing team.
  • The Company

Founded over 50 years ago, they have become one of the most recognisable brands on the planet. With over 150 stores worldwide and a turnover of more than £5bn a year, they have become one of the leading companies within the luxury retail space.

  • The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the EMEA Customer Insights team at the heart of one of the world’s most iconic luxury brands, playing a critical role in driving customer-centric focus and strategic business growth.

Working under the Senior Manager, you will lead BAU reporting and proactive analysis of customer performance across all direct-to-consumer channels. You’ll act as a Customer Insights leader within the team and with external partners, with genuine scope to shape processes, influence senior stakeholders, and support the development of the wider team.

  • The Candidate

Key attributes of the suitable Customer Analytics Manager include:

    • Experience: Degree in a numerate subject, with 6+ years’ experience in Customer Insights within Marketing and CRM, ideally within luxury/retail
    • Stakeholder Influence: Proven ability to influence and present to senior stakeholders, turning complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations
    • Leadership: Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience managing and developing a team
    • Technical Skills: Skilled across Excel, SQL, and Tableau, with an interest in automation and emerging AI tools (e.g., Copilot)

Tired of being the person who delivers what's asked, instead of the person who decides what should be asked?
      • Why Join?

This is a rare shot at real ownership. You won’t be managing a queue of requests. You’ll be setting the insights agenda for two of the most ambitious categories inside a global fashion business, and the business is genuinely ready to listen.

      • About The Client

Our client is a global premium lifestyle brand with a well-regarded, lean CMI function that punches well above its size. They’re mid-transformation, building segmentation and path-to-purchase foundations from the ground up, and looking for someone to help shape what comes next.

      • The Day-to-Day

You’ll own insight strategy for two global fast-growing categories, working closely with brand, marketing and merchandising teams, and regional CMOs, without a regional CMI team to lean on. Expect to get properly hands-on: briefing agencies, reworking data tables, running your own analysis, and turning all of it into sharp, senior-ready stories. You’ll influence brand positioning and campaign thinking, not just report on it.

      • The Ideal Candidate

You’re commercially minded, hungry, and genuinely energised by a lean, fast-moving environment. You don’t wait to be asked. You spot the gap and go after it. You’re just as comfortable in a data table as you are in a room full of senior stakeholders, and you know how to translate one into the other. Background matters less than mindset here: what counts is curiosity, pace, and the confidence to push back when it’s needed.
