  • The Role

    You will work on the customer analysis and insights for the e-commerce channel. Executing customer performance deep-dive analysis to address key business questions and challenges. Producing actionable insights and presenting these findings to key stakeholders across the business

  • The Candidate

    Key attributes of the suitable Junior Customer Insights Analyst:

    • 1+ years’ experience working in the customer analytics space
    • Proficiency with the use of Excel and PowerPoint, (SQL desirable)
    • Ability to communicate actionable insights and turn analysis into meaningful recommendations
