  • The Day-to-Day

    • Own Value Delivery: Lead the value framing and delivery during pre-sales and post-sales, ensuring alignment with data science teams, use case owners, and executives.
    • Act as Technical Expert: Conduct and coordinate demos and platform trials, showcasing the business value of the client’s solutions.
    • Define Deliverables: Own technical deliverables and customer success during the pre-sales period.
    • Identify Opportunities: Look for upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base.
    • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Commercial, Product, and Engineering teams to meet customer priorities and achieve pre-sales success.
  • The Ideal Candidate

    You are a strategic thinker with a solid foundation in AI and pre-sales experience. To excel in this role, you should have:

    • Experience: At least 2 years of pre-sales experience in an enterprise analytics company or consulting. Ideally with familiarity with Machine Learning/AI
    • Enterprise Deals: Proven experience supporting large enterprise software deals.
    • Commercial Acumen: Excellent commercial awareness and the ability to influence senior stakeholders with a creative, problem-solving approach.
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
