  • The Day-to-Day 📋

    You’ll own the full outbound journey from identifying the right prospects to booking discovery calls and walking clients through live demos. No passing the baton after one email, you’ll keep the conversation moving. Expect to be proactive on LinkedIn, sharp on email, and confident on the phone, reaching out to researchers and insight professionals who know their stuff and expect you to as well.

  • The Ideal Candidate ✅

    • You’ll come from a research background (qual or quant)
    • At least a year or two of commercial or new business exposure, ideally within a research agency.
    • You’ll be a self-starter and strongly motivated.

      • The Day-to-Day 🔍

        • Driving new business (around 60% of your time) through cold outreach, LinkedIn, email and networking

        • Running discovery calls, demos and pilots end to end

        • Growing existing accounts through thoughtful upsell and expansion (40%)

        • Working closely with Customer Success on account strategy

        • Owning your pipeline, targets and approach – outcomes matter more than rigid process

        You’ll be based in London, with hybrid working (2–3 days in the office).
