Qual Project Manager – Online Community Agency.

We are working on with a fully remote research agency with a specialism within online communities, looking to hire a Senior Consultant (Project Manager) to join their fast-growing team!
  • The Company

    The company was established almost 10 years ago, specialising in online communities research. They run global projects directly with brands on projects such as product and service innovation, UX research, strategic brand positioning and ad evaluation studies. They also work with research agencies who use their platform to gain access to a community of 100,000 consumers across 92 different countries.

  • The Opportunity

    You will be joining the agency team, liaising with clients, establishing and maintaining relationships, costing new projects in a competitive yet strategic way, and overseeing the successful implementation of client projects on the platform. This is a perfect role for a qualitative researcher who wants to focus more on project management and online community moderation! This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world. So, if you are keen on the digital nomad style of living, this is the role for you.

  • The Candidate

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • 2-3 years of agency side experience.
    • Strong ability to project manage a research project from end-to-end.
    • Previous qualitative or online community methodology experience.
