  • About the role

    They’re looking for an ambitious healthcare researcher to join their UK Insights team. As a Research Manager, you’ll lead projects across both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, working with leading pharmaceutical clients to deliver insights that influence important business decisions.

    You’ll take ownership of projects from proposal through to delivery, build trusted client relationships and work alongside a talented team that embraces innovation, AI and technology to deliver outstanding research.

  • Key responsibilities

    • Lead qualitative and quantitative research projects from proposal through to delivery
    • Build and manage strong client relationships, becoming a trusted day-to-day contact
    • Design discussion guides, questionnaires and other research materials
    • Analyse research findings and develop clear, commercially focused recommendations
    • Deliver engaging presentations and workshops to clients
    • Support proposal writing and contribute to the growth of client accounts
    • Champion the use of AI and technology to improve research quality and efficiency
    • Mentor and support junior members of the team
  • Requirements

    • At least 4 years of experience in healthcare market research or a related field
    • Experience managing both qualitative and quantitative research projects
    • Excellent project management and organisational skills
    • Strong analytical, storytelling and presentation skills
    • Confidence building relationships with clients and colleagues
    • Passion for innovation, technology and AI powered research
    • Applicants must be based in the UK and have the permanent right to work in the UK
