Summary
We are hiring an experienced market research sales/account manager with a background in online research panels, sample or data collection services.
This role is focused on selling into market research agencies, insight teams and consultancies across markets.
You will join a global, fast-growing research services provider with proprietary panels across the UK and multiple European markets. The business works closely with leading research agencies and brands and continues to scale following recent acquisitions.
This is a true split role combining new business development with hands-on account management.

The Role
Account management – 60%
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of market research clients
- Scope studies, assess feasibility and prepare commercial proposals
- Work closely with project management teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Upsell new panels and research solutions into existing accounts
- Act as a trusted commercial partner to clients
New business development – 40%
- Win new clients buying online research panels and sample
- Sell into market research agencies, media agencies, PR and insight teams
- Own a defined UK sales territory and consistently deliver against targets
- Pitch confidently to new prospects and build a strong commercial pipeline
- Attend and represent the business at UK market research events and conferences
- Stay close to market trends, competitor activity and new research solutions

About You
This role is right for you if
- You have 2–5 years experience in market research sales or data collection sales
- You have sold online panels, sample or multi-country research studies
- You already sell into research agencies, insight teams or consultancies
- You are comfortable owning both new business and existing accounts
- You are target-driven, commercially astute and client-focused
- You want to progress within a growing market research business
