How much of the strategy work you deliver actually gets used?
      • Why Join?

Be honest. Most of your work probably sat in a folder after the final debrief. That’s not a knock on the work, it’s just how consulting usually goes: you deliver, you leave, and the client’s left to figure out the “now what.”

This role exists to fix that gap.

      • The Client

Our client is a fast-growing strategy and insight consultancy, working with some of the world’s biggest brands. They’re deliberately building something rare in this industry: a function whose whole job is making sure the strategic thinking actually lands, not just gets delivered.

      • The Day-to-Day

You’ll own a brand new function, sitting underneath everything else the business does.

        That means:

        • Diagnosing where a client’s organisation is stuck, and deciding what to embed first
        • Turning strategy and frameworks into tools, dashboards, workshops and coaching people genuinely use
        • Building content (films, training, workshops) that makes the work stick, not just documents it
        • Working the whole client org, from the leadership team down to the people using the tools daily
        • Shaping what “capability” even means for a consultancy in an AI-driven world

      • The Ideal Candidate

You’ve probably worked both sides of this: consultancy or innovation agency, and client-side too. You’ve felt the frustration of handing over great strategic work and watching it stall. You’ve got real opinions on why that happens, and what actually gets people to change how they work.

You might come from a client-side capability or insight team, or from an innovation consultancy. What matters more than the CV line is this: have you actually driven transformation, or just delivered training? If it’s the latter, this probably isn’t your role.

Senior Insight Executive | Global Broadcaster.

        • £50,000
Ever watched TV and wondered what actually happens with all that viewing data? This is the role where you find out, and where you start building a proper career in it.
        • About The Client

Our client is a well-established broadcaster with a strong presence across linear TV and a growing non-linear footprint (streaming, AVOD, FAST). Audience data drives real decisions here, not just reports nobody reads.

        • The Day-to-Day

You’ll own the daily, weekly and monthly reporting that tells the business how channels are performing. You’ll dig into BARB data using Advantage or TechEdge, track the competitive landscape, and work closely with the wider team to answer the questions that come up when someone asks “why did that show do better than expected?” There’s no one to manage, and that’s deliberate. This is a role built for someone who wants to get properly good at the craft first.

Central London office, two days in.

        • The Ideal Candidate

You’ve got at least two years’ research experience at a broadcaster, or you’ve come from an agency and worked closely enough with broadcast clients to understand the world. You know your way around Advantage or TechEdge. You’re comfortable with Excel (there’s a practical test at second stage, so come ready).

You’re not looking for a title bump every six months. You want to build depth, learn from people who’ve been doing this a long time, and know that the room to grow is there when you’re ready for it.

We are working with a specialist research consultancy that produces independent labour market analysis used in employment tribunals, courts and public inquiries. Their work focuses on analysing labour market trends, salaries, benefits and employment patterns across the UK and internationally. They are now looking to hire a Research Information Officer to join their London-based research team.
              • Who are you?

This role would suit someone with 1–3 years’ experience in research or analyst roles, particularly within:

                Market intelligence
                Desk research
                Economic or labour market research
                Policy or public sector research
                Research analyst roles
Unlike many research roles, the work produced here has real-world impact — reports are regularly relied upon in employment tribunals, High Court cases and major public inquiries.

              • What You’ll Be Doing

Working as part of a small and highly analytical research team, you will contribute to the production of labour market assessments and employment reports used in legal proceedings.

Analysing salary surveys, pay scales and employment data across different occupations and sectors
Producing structured research notes, tables and written analysis for inclusion in expert reports
Identifying and validating reliable sources and statistics relevant to specific cases
Supporting research used in employment tribunal cases and wider legal proceedings
Conducting primary research, including questionnaires or contacting organisations for information
Using Excel to analyse and present salary and employment data clearly
Contributing to the development and maintenance of the organisation’s research library
The role combines analytical desk research, data interpretation and structured written reporting.

              • What They’re Looking For

This role would suit someone who enjoys structured research and evidence-based analysis.

                Ideal candidates will have:

1–3 years’ experience in a research or analyst role
Strong desk research and information gathering skills
The ability to analyse data and draw logical conclusions
                Excellent written communication skills
High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
Confidence using Excel to analyse and present data
Interest in labour markets, employment trends or economic research
Experience with salary benchmarking, labour market data, policy research or economic datasets would be beneficial but is not essential.

              • Why This Role Is Interesting

Research that directly influences legal decisions
Exposure to employment law, labour markets and economic analysis
Work on high-profile cases and major public inquiries
Join a small, intellectually rigorous research team
Develop deep expertise in labour market and salary analysis
                Location

Senior Research Manager – Shopper Insight.

                • £72,000
I'm searching for a Senior Research Manager – Shopper Insight for one of the most respected insight, foresight and learning organisations in UK food and grocery. This is a rare opening: a senior, high-visibility role for someone who wants real ownership of an insight agenda — not just a seat delivering against someone else's. Why this one's different: This isn't a back-office research role. You'll be the person retailers and FMCG brands turn to for the "why" behind shopper behaviour — shaping methodology, presenting to senior stakeholders, and building a reputation as a genuine industry voice.
                • What you'll own:

🔹 A full shopper research programme — methodology through to delivery, your call

🔹 Thought-leading reports and insight that actually move client thinking

🔹 Senior client relationships — advisory boards, webinars, deep dives

🔹 A blend of quant, qual and emerging AI-driven approaches

🔹 Line management of a Shopper Analyst — genuine people leadership

                • What you'll bring:

✅ Senior-level insight or research experience with real industry credibility

✅ Retailer or client-side experience (think Tesco, Waitrose, or similar) — highly desirable

✅ A methodology-led mindset — social listening, communities, conjoint, and beyond

✅ Confidence in the data yourself, not just presenting someone else’s analysis

✅ Storytelling that shapes opinion, not just reports it

✅ Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

                • What's in it for you:

                  💰 Up to £67,000 basic

🚗 £5,000 car allowance (cash option available)

                  📈 12.5% pension (5% employee contribution)

                  🏡 Hybrid — 2 days/week in the office

🌴 28 days annual leave + bank holidays, with holiday flex

                  ⏰ Early finish Fridays

🩺 Private medical insurance, life assurance and a genuine wellbeing offering

📚 Support for professional qualifications and continued learning

                  Sound like your next move?

If you’re ready to trade “delivering insight” for shaping the agenda, I’d love a confidential conversation .

Looking for a part-time role that's actually worth turning up for? If you've ever taken a "part-time" job that expected full-time hours, or a role that made you feel like an afterthought because you weren't in five days a week, this one's for you!
                  • Why Join?

This is a proper 3-day-a-week role at a business that’s genuinely growing. You’ll be trusted from day one, given real ownership over how the office runs, and worked with by people who don’t do the “just because you’re part-time” thing.

                  • The Day-to-Day

                    • Keeping the office running smoothly: facilities, supplies, health & safety, the vendors who make it all tick
                    • Helping new starters land well: onboarding logistics, compliance basics
                    • Supporting the leadership team: calendars, meeting coordination, hospitality for client visits and pitches
