  • The Role:

    Senior Manager- Commercial – Audience Measurement and Insights

    In this role, you’ll lead the charge in commercial research, insights, and measurement across this Media Owner’s Advertising and Brand Partnerships portfolio.

    Managing teams, deciphering audience insights and driving commercial success through storytelling.

  • Responsibilities:

     

     

    • Lead the commercial research, insights, and measurement team, optimizing 1st and 3rd party sources to craft compelling narratives.
    • Develop 1st party data, measurement, and effectiveness solutions to showcase the power of the Brand to their advertising partners.
    • Be an expert in the ever-evolving CTV measurement landscape.
    • Drive thought leadership initiatives on the streaming industry and VOD OTT advertising, from conception to presentation.
    • Cultivate relationships with existing vendors and scout new players to benefit our business.
    • Collaborate closely with their Advertising sales team to deliver insights and measurement solutions tailored to diverse advertiser categories.
    • Oversee research support, continuously refining processes and innovating approaches for maximum impact.
    • Partner with global and UK analytics, product, and research teams to leverage insights for commercial advantage.

     

  • What will you need to bring to the party?

    • Management experience in a commercial research team within TV, SVOD, or digital media.
    • Proficiency in various advertising effectiveness methodologies (e.g., R&F, brand lift, attribution).
    • Strong grasp of cross-media measurement (Linear and Digital).
    • In-depth understanding of the commercial and trading landscape across TV, VOD, CTV, and Digital.
    • Ability to craft actionable narratives with commercial relevance and present findings to senior stakeholders confidently.
    • Familiarity with industry tools like TGI, GWI, and BARB.
    • Adept at managing diverse stakeholder needs within a fast-paced organization.
