Business Development Manager – Data Strategy.

  • £90,000
Our client is a 40-person award-winning data strategy consultancy pioneering the field of Data Economics — helping boards and investors put a financial value on their data. They work with some of the UK's most complex organisations across Infrastructure, Government, Energy, and Financial Services. They need someone to build and run their commercial engine from the inside. You'll sit directly alongside the CEO and CGO — no layers, no quota, no commission structure. Just the strategy and discipline to help a differentiated firm grow.
  • The brief

    • Own the outbound BD activity across priority sectors
    • Run the events and thought leadership calendar end-to-end
    • Qualify and develop opportunities alongside senior leadership
    • Keep the pipeline tight — CRM, reporting, proposition development
  • Who will land this

You’ve come through a management consulting environment — Big 4, or a firm like Baringa or PA Consulting — and you’re ready to move to the commercial side. You understand how consultancies win work and how senior buyers in complex organisations make decisions.

You’ll bring at least 4 years in BD or commercial development, strong written communication, and the gravitas to hold your own at C-suite level.

  • Why it's worth a conversation

    • Direct access to CEO and CGO from day one
    • Clear path to Senior Manager and Director
    • Private health, enhanced mental health support, generous family policies

      Administrator (Part-Time) | Strategy Studio.

      • £35,000
Not all great roles are full-time. This one isn't — and that's entirely by design.
      • The Opportunity

        📍 Central London | Part-time (~30 hrs/week) | £30,000–£35,000

Our client is a growing strategy and insight consultancy. They’re looking for a sharp, reliable administrator to support the business part-time, with flexible hours that work around other commitments (studying, caregiving, or anything else that matters to you).

      • Why join?

You’ll be working in a smart, ambitious environment where your work genuinely matters. Directors are stretched — you’re the person who keeps things moving behind the scenes so they can focus on what they do best.

      • The day-to-day

✈️ Travel booking and expenses management
        📅 Diary and meeting coordination
        📁 Document management and filing
        🎉 Events and team socials
🧾 Supplier admin and onboarding logistics
🌍 Supporting projects across international territories

      • Who we're looking for

You’re organised, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities without dropping anything. You’ve done admin or coordination work before and you’re good at it. If you’ve worked in a research, consultancy, or agency environment — and especially if you’ve helped coordinate qualitative fieldwork — you’ll hit the ground running.

Flexible hours, roughly 30 hours per week. Ideal for someone studying or with other daytime commitments.

        Operations Coordinator | Strategy Studio.

        • £60,000
If you're the kind of person who notices when something's not working and fixes it before anyone asks, this role was built for you.
        • The Opportunity

          📍 Central London | Full-time | Up to £60,000

Our client is a commercial strategy and insight consultancy at an exciting inflection point. Following a significant merger, they’re building out their operational backbone — and they need someone who can bring clarity, structure, and momentum to the day-to-day running of the business.

        • Why join?

This is a genuine career opportunity. You’ll be stepping into a business that’s growing, with real visibility and a clear path toward a senior ops role. You’ll work closely with leadership, across the full breadth of the business, and you’ll have the space to shape how things are done.

        • The day-to-day

          • Resourcing and capacity planning across project teams
          • Freelancer management — sourcing, coordinating, day-to-day support
          • BAU project coordination and process improvement
          • Budget tracking and flagging overspend or missed payments
          • Vendor and supplier management
          • Onboarding support for new team members

        • The Candidate

You’ve got agency experience and a solid operational grounding. You’re comfortable holding lots of moving pieces at once, you communicate clearly, and you know how to prioritise when everything feels urgent. You’re ambitious — this isn’t a role you want to stay in forever, and that’s exactly the point.

Experience coordinating qualitative research projects (setting up interviews, managing fieldwork logistics) would be a real bonus.
