This is a senior leadership role sitting at the centre of the organisation. The CSO will lead and integrate strategy, research, digital and creative capabilities, ensuring the organisation continues to deliver rigorous, high-impact work for public sector partners while driving innovation in how behavioural science, communications and technology are applied.

Their platforms support major mortgage lenders as well as property developers and investors, helping organisations make better lending and property decisions through high-quality data, technology, and analytics.

You’ll play a key role within the analytics function, leading complex analytical projects and delivering high-impact insight to support both product development and client decision-making.

Working closely with product, engineering, and commercial teams, you’ll analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, evaluate performance, and generate insights that support strategic decisions across the business.

You’ll also contribute to the development and improvement of analytical products and methodologies, ensuring outputs are robust, scalable, and aligned with both client needs and business objectives.

Key attributes of the suitable Principal Analyst include:

• Strong technical skills across SQL and Python (Spark or similar tools beneficial), with the ability to conduct complex analysis on large datasets
• Experience performing analytical deep-dives and back-testing risk metrics to support product development and performance monitoring
• Confident in stakeholder engagement and communicating complex analytical findings to both technical and commercial audiences
• Ideally, a background in one of mortgage lending, property analytics, consultancy, or a data provider supporting financial services
