  • 🚀 The Opportunity

    As the Propositions Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of developing and embedding market-led propositions that align with the firm’s strategic goals. You’ll be responsible for:

    • Leading the creation and enhancement of propositions to meet market and client needs.
    • Crafting compelling business cases that drive strategic initiatives forward.
    • Collaborating closely with internal teams, from legal experts to marketing, to ensure cohesive and effective delivery.
    • Monitoring and refining existing products to enhance profitability and efficiency.
    • Using market research and client insights to stay ahead of industry trends.
    • Providing essential training and support to ensure everyone understands and communicates the firm’s unique value.

    • A proven track record of delivering successful propositions (ideally within financial services or professional services).
