    The client is a well-established UK law firm with a strong reputation in Personal Injury. They’ve recently reshaped how legal support works, moving away from centralised admin so that PAs sit directly within practice areas. The result? Better collaboration, stronger relationships, and a more rewarding role for experienced legal support professionals.

  • The Opportunity

    📁 Managing legal files, documents, and case systems

    📅 Diary management, deadlines, court dates, and hearings

    ⚖️ Preparing bundles, handling court e-filing, and liaising with counsel and experts

    ✍️ Drafting correspondence, instructions, funding updates, and costs paperwork

    💷 Supporting billing, disbursements, legal aid claims, and payments

    🤝 Being a go-to support for fee earners who genuinely value your expertise

  • The Candidate

    You’ll already have experience as a Legal PA / Legal Secretary / Legal Assistant in a law firm.

    You’re organised, calm under pressure, and confident supporting fee earners in a busy PI environment.

    This role will suit you if:

    • You’re adaptable, practical, and not overly rigid

    • You take pride in being excellent at what you do

    📍 Roles available in Sheffield (priority) and Leeds

    💰 Salary: £24,000 – £32,000 (ideal £28,000–£30,000)
