Quantitative Research & AI Solutions Consultant.

        • £65,000
Our client, a respected, employee-owned advisory firm working with clients at the frontier of technology, is looking for a quantitative researcher to join a growing team at the intersection of research and AI. This is a research role first: designing studies, analysing data and turning findings into strategic advice for high-profile clients. What sets it apart is the chance to use — and help build — AI tools that make that research sharper and faster than a traditional research role would allow. This is a rare opportunity to shape how a respected advisory firm uses AI in practice, without stepping away from the research work itself.
        • **What you'll do**

          – Design and deliver quantitative research — surveys and analysis that shape client strategy — for clients at the frontier of technology and beyond

          – Turn research findings into clear, actionable recommendations for senior client stakeholders

          – Use AI tools to speed up and sharpen analysis, and build on that experience to contribute to the team’s internal AI products (including podcast and newsletter tools)

          – Review and sense-check AI-generated (“vibe-coded”) outputs with a critical, analytical eye

          – Flex into wider comms, policy or research work as needed

**Recent examples of the kind of work you’d be doing:**

          – Helping a research organisation understand what drives its reputation in AI search

          – Helping a large tech company navigate a strategic governance decision

          – Mapping the media conversation around a tech client’s highest-priority issue

          – Helping an investor understand its positioning in the market

        • **What we're looking for**

          – Strong quantitative research experience — comfortable with survey design, data analysis and turning findings into strategic recommendations

          – A decent working understanding of communications and policy, so you can operate credibly with clients and colleagues

          – Comfortable writing code and reviewing others’ code (R, SPSS or Python backgrounds all welcome) — not a software engineer, but genuine coding literacy is expected

          – Corporate research agency experience is a plus but not essential — we’re equally open to backgrounds in management consulting or in-house corporate insight teams

          – Genuine curiosity about AI tools, and the judgement to use them critically rather than blindly

        • **What's on offer**

          – Employee ownership — everyone shares in the firm’s success

          – A twice-yearly bonus based on company and individual performance

          – Private healthcare and dedicated mental health support

          – 26 days’ holiday plus public holidays

          – Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate

          – Hybrid working, three days a week in the London office

We know profiles like this rarely tick every box on paper. If you’re excited by the role and meet most of what’s above, we’d love to hear from you — get in touch confidentially to find out more, including the client’s identity and full compensation details.

You'll be the person who turns audience data into the reason a brand books with one of the biggest streaming platforms in the world.
          • About the Company

Our client is a global streaming giant, home to some of the most iconic entertainment brands on the planet. They launched a new product, and it’s growing fast. This role sits at the heart of that growth, supporting the UK Ad Sales team with the data and insight they need to win big.

          • The Day-to-Day

            • Use BARB and TechEdge daily: scorecards, competitor context, nickable charts, regular reporting.
            • Translate syndicated data (TGI, GWI, AudienceProject) into audience stories advertisers actually want to hear.
            • Work alongside sales teams to build bespoke responses for individual clients and category briefs.
            • Support 3rd-party campaign effectiveness studies and primary research programmes.
            • Stay close to industry measurement trends, and bring that knowledge into the room.

          • The Ideal Candidate

You’re probably in a media owner, broadcaster, or commercial research environment right now. You know BARB inside out. You use TechEdge regularly. And you understand that your job isn’t just to produce analysis, it’s to help someone sell.

            • Have hands-on BARB experience and working knowledge of TechEdge (non-negotiable).
            • Can cross-tab TGI or GWI and extract a compelling insight, not just a number.
            • Are comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders at agencies or advertisers.
            • Understand what makes a good ad campaign, and why that matters for this role.
            • Have the communication skills to back up your data fluency.

Senior Behavioural Designer – Behavioural Science Consultancy.

              • £55,000
Our client is one of the UK's most respected behavioural science consultancies — recognised by the Financial Times for three consecutive years and trusted by major brands across financial services, retail, FMCG, travel and utilities to design interventions that measurably shift behaviour. They work at a genuinely rare intersection: rigorous behavioural science, applied through high-quality design, at commercial scale. This isn't a team doing light BeSci decoration on top of standard UX. The behavioural thinking and the design craft are inseparable here. They're looking for a Senior Behavioural Designer to join their London team.
              • The role

This isn’t a production design seat. You’ll be leading the application of behavioural design on client projects — translating research and BeSci insight into polished, commercially effective interventions across communications, UX, physical environments and service experiences.

You’ll also be pushing how the team works: developing new approaches, contributing to proprietary neurodesign frameworks, and helping raise the bar for junior designers around you.

                Day to day you’ll be:

                • Owning key sections or full deliverables on client projects, from concept through to final output
                • Applying behavioural science principles across multiple touchpoints and sectors
                • Presenting and defending your work directly to clients, adapting your communication style to different audiences
                • Contributing to proposals and supporting the commercial pipeline
                • Mentoring and supporting junior team members
              • What we're looking for

You’ll have meaningful experience applying behavioural science frameworks within design work — not just awareness of BeSci, but genuine fluency in how it shapes decisions and how to make that tangible through design. You’re as comfortable in Figma as you are discussing cognitive load or choice architecture.

                Specifically:

                • A degree in Design, Psychology, Behavioural Science or a related field
                • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
                • A strong portfolio of conceptually driven, behaviourally grounded work
                • Proven client-facing experience — presenting, defending, building relationships
                • Experience across varied touchpoints and sectors
                • Curiosity about where behavioural design is heading — AI, motion, prototyping

                Why this role

                • Access to proprietary neurodesign frameworks and tools you won’t find in most organisations
                • A genuinely multidisciplinary team — behavioural scientists, designers and strategists — working on complex, high-profile briefs for major brands
                • Real professional development, not just a line in a job spec
                • A culture that takes the quality of its work seriously without taking itself too seriously

Our client is an equal opportunities employer. We welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds.

You’re ambitious — this isn’t a role you want to stay in forever, and that’s exactly the point.

Experience coordinating qualitative research projects (setting up interviews, managing fieldwork logistics) would be a real bonus.
